Are you looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Intern at a leading global professional services firm where you will have great opportunity to gain valuable work experience by learning the ropes from more experienced professional?

We are looking for an enthusiastic L&D Intern to join our firm with below major responsibilities and job requirements.

Talent Team – L&D Intern – Hanoi Office

Your key responsibilities

Support on logistics preparation before each course and facilitate the organizing of training courses

Remind participants about the course and follow up the pre–course with participants

Support in managing attendance of each class

Support on putting attendance record into the SuccessFactors

Support L&D Team in compulsory reports preparation

Support in VACPA exam registration for employee

Other tasks assigned by L&D Managers

Skills and attributes for success - What we look for

Final year student or graduated with Bachelor's degree majoring in Business, Language, etc.

English proficiency (verbal & written)

Good communication skills and positive attitude

Attentive to details, mature and result-oriented

Team work spirit
