Your role as a P&G LEAD GEN - Data & Automation Intern

Own a real business technology project and use data, automation and technology to solve meaningful business problems. You will:

Understand business challenges and identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.

Turn data into actionable insights through analytics and visualization.

Build or improve data pipelines, automation or scalable technology solutions.

Connect business needs with technology to deliver measurable impact.

Job Qualifications

Undergraduates that can work full-time from December 2026

Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

A forward thinker who can participate in the development and implementation of new ideas.

Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment.

Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude.

Excellent visionary, strategic, and strong leadership skills, with strong communication skills and analytical thinking.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and drive innovation and business growth.

Proficiency in Microsoft data bricks, Power BI Gen 2, SQL, Python & PySpark programming.

Proficiency with data architecture and data processing tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
